Doddington Hall Weddings Website Launched
We asked by Doddington Hall to design and build a stylish, clean and contemporary wedding website to promote the beautiful venue of Doddington Hall as a prospective weddings venue. Working closely with Justine and Claire, our job was made so much easier because of the fabulous photography they supplied. Simple to navigate and tasteful in colour, we are sure this site will be a great success.
Working closely with Youth Portfolio leader Paul Caswell MBE, Edge have designed the graphics and wrapped the vehicles for the fleet of youth buses set to hit the streets of North East Lincolnshire. The buses are run by North East Lincolnshire Councils Young People Support Services and are made up of a number of organisations working in partnership to support young people in accessing services, including information, positive activities, advice & guidance. Edge were approached with a brief to ‘catch the imagination’ of young people by designing a range of dynamic graphics. Both the client and ourselves are extremely pleased with the finished buses and are looking forward to seeing them in action.

As volunteers week is upon us 1 – 7 June we thought that we’d post a little something about the behind the scenes work that we do at edge. Managing Director of Edge, Bev Ross has recently completed her fourth year as a business volunteer working at the St Lawrence Academy in Scunthorpe on Young Enterprise programme Enterprise in Action.
The programme recently received press coverage in the Grimsby & Scunthorpe Telegraph for its work completed at the academy:
Edge new media client Paul Watson and two colleagues have recently returned from working in the township of Khayalethu in South Africa. A volunteer trip organised through Edge of Africa, which gives volunteers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the local community and environment.
Edge provided a cash donation and goodie bags of pens and pencils for the trip. The cash donation was turned into practical items including notebooks and erasers for the children of the township.
Commenting on the trip, Paul Watson said “This township has a long history of poor health, inadequate housing – most people live in wooden shacks and very low levels of educational attainment. The generous donation that Edge provided made a huge difference to the children, everyday items that we class as being small and inexpensive really do have an impact to the people of Khayalethu.
A further return volunteer trip is already planned for January 2012, anyone who would like to make a donation to assist with the trip can contact Bev Ross, Edge New Media Managing Director via email enquiries@edgeinteractive.org.uk
